Pippa Lawler of year 10 has been chosen in the NSW Waratahs Northern Regional Academy U16’s Girls Rugby Team. The Northern Academy Team has been selected from players who come from the following 4 zones: Mid North Coast, Far North Coast, New England and Central North. Pippa’s involvement will include training days in Coffs, a camp in Armidale in January and then games in Bathurst, also in January. Congratulations to Pippa for being selected in this Team. A wonderful achievement. The good news doesn’t stop there. To top off a couple of big weeks for Pippa, she has been chosen to play in the Pasifika Youth Cup for a Barbarians team in Sydney on the weekend of November 30. Pippa will be representing her Fijian heritage playing alongside girls from all over the state. Well done Pippa and go well.
